Intro Post

Name: Jess
Age: 19
Sex: F
Where you live: Adelaide, Australia
Weight: 103kg (yuckkk. I think that's the first time I've really admitted that to anyone)
Goal Weight: 75kg (I have so much to lose)

Exercise Plan: I go to the gym around three times a week, doing 30 minutes of cardio and 30-45 minutes of weights each time. I also go for walks sometimes. I like walking and jogging, but a lot of the time I don't do it because my feet get sore very easily.

Goals: I just want to be within the normal range for my BMI, which is around 75kg for my height.

Comments/Questions:
Hi! So this is the first time that I've joined a community like this. Hopefully I'll keep posting here. I've been doing my current routine for about 6 months now, and in that time I've lost 9kg. I'm not even sure if that's good or not, but I guess it's better than gaining that much. A lot of that was in the past couple of months, when I've been drinking a lot of water. I think that's helping.
